Gumnam – The Lost Cuisines of India

A premium restaurant platform for a concept-driven Indian restaurant in Dundee, Scotland, built to revive regional Indian cuisines with immersive brand storytelling, native online ordering, smart reservations, and a full admin operations dashboard.
The Challenge
Gumnam was on a legacy site with no brand narrative, no online ordering, phone-only bookings, and zero mobile support. The brief: solve all of it in a single, cohesive digital platform.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack platform with bespoke design, GSAP-animated storytelling, a Stripe-powered ordering system (no aggregator fees), Firestore-backed atomic reservations with card-on-file no-show protection, and a role-gated admin suite.

A complete Mobile + Web solution for a facility management company in UAE that contracts property owners and manages maintenance services for tenants across multiple properties.
The Challenge
FacilityFirst needed a digital system to manage their facility management operations: handling service requests from tenants and clients, dispatching technicians efficiently, and giving their staff a centralized platform to oversee everything.
Our Solution
We built a mobile app (Flutter) for tenants and clients to submit maintenance requests, and a web admin portal (Flutter Web) for FacilityFirst staff to manage properties, track requests, and dispatch technicians. All data syncs in real-time through Firestore.
